Saturday, May 3rd is National Homebrew Day, Big Brew!

It's almost that time again, Big Brew! Saturday 5/3/08 at Larry's. Be
there with your brew gear and what not. Take a look at the recipes proposed
by the AHA this year. I'm inclined to brew the Chiswick Bitter in honor of
Michael Jackson.

I have included the promash recipe file that I am using for the brew on Saturday, it is figured for 10 gallons, and 75% efficiency. Also, I have a list of hop substitutions, just in case they are needed.

Hop substitutions:
Challenger - perle, NB
Northdown - Chinook, Columbus, Nugget
Target - Fuggle, Willamette
