As a part of our partnership with BEWBC, we are doing a joint meeting on Friday, April 15th.  Come learn all about the "new hoppy", sour!  We'll try a bunch of different varieties of sour beers ranging from Berliner Weisse to American Sour Ale and discuss what is necessary to brew these strange beers.  We'll talk microbes, sour mashes, off-flavors, and more.  Come on down and get pucker up.
